Laetitia Fatio Gaillard

Laetitia Fatio Gaillard’s extensive global experience includes Customer Relations & Care, Services, Aftersales, Operations, Key Account and Project Management in fast paced and technical environments.

Pragmatic, energetic and quality minded she has defined and launched worldwide concepts and strategies to improve customer experience and reduce costs in an analytical, communicative and result oriented approach. Laetitia has also built and motivated multi-site & multicultural teams with cohesion and a human touch.

Laetitia began her career in Denver (USA) where she was responsible for the smart cards’ logistics and sales for Kudelski’s largest customer EchoStar DiSH Network. Returning to Switzerland, she then set up and managed an international and multi-site Service Group implementing reliable and effective work methods and facilitating the communication with 14 international Sales & Services offices.

At TESA SA, Laetitia defined and implemented the company’s Service strategy and launched the Global Services Department, a matrix based organization of 50+ people responsible for support and aftersales activities for customers worldwide.

Laetitia has also held leadership positions both at University and in the local community. Following two years of Microtechnology studies at the Swiss Polytechnic Institute EPFL, Laetitia transferred to HEC Lausanne Business School where she received a Master’s degree in Business. She is also an IMD Alumni. She lives near Lausanne (Switzerland), is married and has 3 children.
